A Fathers blessing is vital to us coming into our destiny. Malachi 4:5-6 - This is an unconditional promise from God to us. I cried to the Lord a father figure like Paul. Often when He answered that prayer though I idolized them and He would have to remove them. Ps. Mac was sent to father and mentor me in the ministry. Will Pilcher was like a grandfather with much encouraged me. My board gives wisdom and counsel which is a protection and brings security Proverbs 24:6. As I began to be matured and healed of the fruits of rejection in 1998 there was a divine appointment with Jim McNally and his family. I have been able to learn many lessons that I had desired to. I have learnt to honor and respect a father rather than idolizing. A number of spiritual sons have been given to me by divine appointment. It is a joy to see Father filling the void that had been in their lives. It the world and church today there is a great need for us to understand sonship and fatherhood.

 

 

Sonship and fatherhood it is vital to understand this. God promised to turn the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of their children to them. Malachi 4:5-6. After the word curse there was 400 years of silence with no fathers. Then God raised up John the Baptist to turn the hearts of fathers and children and to prepare for the Son Jesus to come. God wants to also prepare us to prepare for second coming of the Lord by having fathers anointed with the Spirit of Elijah. John 3:16 when God wanted to show us He was a father He never sent us a father, He sent us a Son. His Son was motivated to be a father pleaser. Isaiah 9:6 Jesus came as a child demonstrating His obedience as a son. Showing us He was the way to the Father. John 14:6 Ask God to give you the right heart to honor your father. Be willing to humble yourself to be a son or a daughter to reveal the heart of the Father to others. Be careful as you do this that you don’t idolize them, but honor, love and respect them. They are not the target. They are the sight on the rifle helping us to see who Father God is. Seek out someone that you can posture your heart towards as they will be able to bring you into your destiny. I don’t have to follow many rules, but I need to be a living example. The more we move into our destiny the greater responsibly will be upon us. As you let go of your idolatry and correctly posture your heart you will be able to reveal the father heart of God to others around you. As you cry out to Him to pour out the spirit of Elijah as He promised He will be faithful to do that.
